My client is a highly innovative and dynamic multinational company based in Cork. They are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Analyst with fluent German and English.
Roles / Responsibilities:
Log and process support queries and distribute them amongst the team
Act as first point of contact for the Technical Support team through phone, email and web requests
Effectively work with team members to provide solutions to customer service and technical issues
Study incoming cases or unusual cases and report these issues to management
Participate in project work undertaken by the team
Skills / Experience:
Fluency in German and English is a must
Effective communication skills with positive attitude
Strong PC skills including Windows OS, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience in a strongly customer focused role
