My client is a highly innovative and dynamic multinational company based in Cork. They are currently recruiting for a level 2 Technical Support professional with fluent French and English
Roles / Responsibilities:
Support deployment, integration and maintenance of software products within client networking environments
Manage a range of complex support issues with effective customer skills required via telephone and email
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding and identifying complex networks
Skills / Experience:
Fluency in French and English is a must
Must have solid knowledge and experience with UNIX
Minimum 3 years proven experience gained in a post sales or customer support background
Minimum 3 years experience of Linux/UNIX Operating systems/Networking
LPIC, RHCE Certified preferable
CCNA would be an advantage
