Roles / Responsibilities:
Creating, getting approval and maintaining the test strategy and plan:
- risk assessments and defining a test strategy
- creating schedules
- determining procedures, standards and metrics
- Executing the test plan according to schedule and within budget
- implementing the testing tasks and procedures in accordance with the test plan
- daily control of the testing activities: allocating tasks, determining detailed plans, tracking progress and contributing to and participating in project meetings
- internal quality management (periodic risk assessment and internal audit of the progress and quality of the test process)
- Reporting test progress and the quality of the system under test
- reporting progress against the test schedule, quality of the system under test in terms of defects per severity class, identification of trends and provision of metrics< P>
