Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst will be tasked with developing the organisations CRM solutions using Siebel as a software package.
Roles / Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison to the Operations, product management and development organizations, aligning requirements with the delivery of strategic objectives.The Business Systems Analyst is expected to play a key role in determining how to solve business needs through technology solutions and is also expected to play a leading role in the implementation of large scale software packages (Siebel). Designing innovative solutions to meet business goals
Skills / Experience:
- Experience with Siebel CRM in a top tier Technology Services, eCommerce or Retail organisation
- Ability to summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audiences: technical, non-technical and executive personnel
- Experience with a variety of CRM implementations
