Job Description:
This role as a member of the portal team requires a person with good SAP portal development and design skills. The SAP Portal Developer will work on the overall design and layout of the portal as well as working on implementing and supporting the provision of access to the SAP solution components such as ECC, BI, TPM, PI, SRM. MDM, eSourcing. Specific tasks will include the development of technical designs, implementation and testing of these designs, configuration of the SAP portal application and liaising with the functional streams.

Key Deliverables:
- Provide an appropriate level of assistance and support to the design and configuration teams in regards to their designs and how they are integrated into the Portal.
- Identify risks, issues and solution gaps and escalating them as appropriate. Implement design changes that will see the resolution of these issue and gaps.
- Perform the Portal configuration needed to support the Portal functional design.
- Assist in defining and reviewing the functional requirements for the Portal, specifically the gaps that will be filled through customizations.
- Establish and maintain a relationship with the Design and Configuration team to ensure the required inputs into the Portal design are acquired.
- Manage schedule and effort of assigned deliverables to ensure delivery of the Portal design on time with the required level of quality.
Skills / Experience:
Background in system development and delivery in the SAP portal space
Strong software development skills (Java, HTML or other languages )
BPM experience

Experience of SAP MDM an advantage
