Job Description:
Verkom are a leading IT Recruitment Specialist Division - part of the Premier Group.
An integral member of the IT Recruitment team and wider Premier group, the successful candidate will be required to ensure that the recruitment process continues to run smoothly and effectively, whilst providing support to Manager in the areas of recruitment and operations.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Account management of one or more key clients
- Adopting innovative problem solving / creative thinking techniques while sourcing candidates and new business opportunities
- Advertising and Marketing of roles
- Meeting revenue targets
- Business Development
- Contribute towards the growth, strategy and future direction of the company through successful achievement of KPI¿s
Skills / Experience:
More than 2 years work experience in Recruitment OR Professional Sales with an understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management
An interest in developing your career and high aspirations for yourself in terms of monetary gain and personal development
A"Big-Biller" attitude and mentality
Experience in Social Media in a professional arena would be highly desirable
Positive perspective and outlook with a resilient and tenacious personality
Excellent communication skills
Education / Professional Qualifications:
3rd Level Computer Science or HR Business Degree
CIPD qualified
