The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing my client's development of their existing Realstream product suite to support mobile devices.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the Engineering team to develop high quality software.
- Take a key role in the development process from business specification acceptance right through to test.
- Develop as per the coding standards and processes.
- Design and implement RealStream Margin UI across multiple mobile devices.
- Work as part of the Engineering team to release high quality code to the test team.
Skills required:
- 6+ years of software development
- Good inter-personal skills
- Working with mobile technologies for the past 3+ years specifically Objective C, Mac Cocoa API and Java-script
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Troubleshooting skills
Beneficial Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows Mobile, Android, Blackberry, Java/J2ME
- Problem solving and thinking laterally as part of a team or individually to meet the needs of the project.
- Ability to investigate new technology and create proof of concepts if necessary
