    Job Description:

    The role holder will directly lead a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve and exceed revenue goals, and will be required to aggressively target and grow both existing and new business within the Irish market space.

    Summery

    Candidates must be able to demonstrate considerable experience across the business and have a proven track record of people management and sales achievement in developing and maintaining new business in a complex and competitive environment.

    You will take ownership of the business plan and deliver clear leadership for change and growth; acting as the principle voice of our client whilst establishing our "relevance" within both the end user and partner community.

    Actively participate in the implementation of the business plan by making direct sales support calls, leveraging selling opportunities with customer management, and removing barriers. Assists the team's understanding and ability to communicate the value our client brings to their accounts and business partnerships; incorporates appropriate interventions and support to maximise our client's business opportunities.

    o      Develop a rolling forecast of business on a monthly basis for assigned sector and accounts.
    o      Develop and maintain a tactical/medium term business plan to define annual business objectives, milestones, measurements, and required activities and resources. 
    0      Manage plan to achieve and exceed approved goals.
    o      Manage the Sector planning process by setting directions and priorities.
    o      Review and approve individual plans. Monitor team and individual performance versus plan on an on-going basis.
    o      Establish team performance goals and review performance against goals.
    o      Plans, approves and implements programs for timely development and progression of the individuals.
    o      Manage the utilisation of service/support resources, account statistics and pricing in collaboration with other managers as appropriate.
    o      Work with Sales Administration, Contracts, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources as necessary to effectively optimise company resources to achieve the business goals.


    Experience / Key Skills required:

    o      Proven directly related sales leadership experience
    o      Demonstrable track record of achievement, growth and increased market share
    o      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    o      Proven track record of developing and maintaining internal stake holder relationships to maximise on business success
    o      Possesses capability to clearly understand, articulate and position
    o      Develop one approach across the territory to maximize the strength and relevance of our value to our customer relationships
    o      A strategic approach to developing and maintaining new business
    o      Demonstrates a high level of product and sectoral knowledge
    o      Proven track record in new business growth
